 ict resolution and dealing with difficult issues Dealing with challenging 
 people Addressing internal conflicts\, bullying and wellbeing Managing adv
 erse publicity and misinformation Organised by colleagues from Cambridgesh
 ire & Peterborough Association of Local Councils Ltd (CAPALC)\, this sessi
 on will be delivered by Mike Deegan Consulting. Mike Deegan has over 20 ye
 ars experience working with a charity and a decade as a councillor with hi
 s local parish council. His experience means he knows how to address relev
 ant difficult situations to help find solutions and positive outcomes.
