For candidates who attended the Intro session in April 2026 and who are now starting to complete the Cilca Portfolio.
To obtain CiLCA it is advisable that you have at least 12-months' experience of local government procedures.
This is a Level 3 qualification equivalent to A' Level standard and you will need approximately 200 hours to complete your portfolio.
